Montluçon 2007

French Championship

The 6th of may, the best Scottish Terriers met at Montluçon, in the center of France. We brought there Viking and his daughter Ania, one in open class, the girl in young class. Adults were judged very quickly and efficiently by Mr Rui OLIVEIRA, and puppy, young and veteran classes were judged by Mr Jacques LE MAGNAN.

First in intermediate dog class, the judge graded the dogs like that :

1st : Amos du Mont Sansouci to Mr Jacques CHAMBAT.
2nd : Ty Chas Skot Arobase.bzh to Mrs Adeline DAGUENANT.
3rd : Auguste du Mas des Oyats to Mrs Solange LOGET.
4th : Verascott Always Hopeful to Mrs Christine HOVAGYMIAN.

Let's see them :

Special congratulations to my dear friend Adeline with her first homebred dog Arobase, second in intermediate class !!!

Then in open class, my Viking has given me his best. He was very kind and walked very well. And while the judge prefered typical black, low and large dogs, he selected my stud within the 6 first ones. So let's see the best between 13 very good dogs :

1st CAC CACIB BOS : Voltaire du Manoir des Presles to Mrs Teresa RAMIREZ CANTERO.
2nd RCAC RCACIB : Ashenberry Sparks Fly to Champernoune to Mrs Katarina ROUND.
3rd EXC : Ch. Utopique of Black Adventure Story to MrMr Henri BASTIEN and Jean-Claude GUILLIN.
4th EXC : Gaterin The Brigadier to Mr Daniel GOAOC and Mrs Martine GOURMELON.

The owner of the winner was very touched by her dog's victory. Her joy made her cry ! Let's wish her to finish the french title quickly and that special boy will be a french champion !

My Viking looked like that :

My boy, very attentive ...

The champion dog Ch. Shaun of Black Adventure Story to MrMr Henri BASTIEN and Jean-Claude GUILLIN couldn't do anything and was defeated by the open dogs.

In young dogs, 2 beautiful youngsters :

1st EXC : Mc Van's Windwalker to Mrs Katarina ROUND.
2nd EXC : Lucia's Dream Shamrock to Mrs Monique BROGNIEZ-BYL.

The first one was imported by her owner from the United States some weeks ago, a beautiful and elegant dog from the very famous kennel of Vandra HUBER ; his two parents are American Champions. The second one come from a Dutch kennel very famous too, and very successful as well at Cruft's (bitch CC this year !).

Let's talk about girls now with intermediate bitches. A quite good quality class won :

1st EXC : Verascott Ask for the Moon to Mrs Christine HOVAGIMYAN.
2nd EXC : Albane of Black Adventure Story to Mr Michel SEINEIRA.
3rd EXC : Olivia do Vello Trigas to Mrs Teresa RAMIREZ CANTERO.
4th EXC : Abracadabra du Royaume de Cleopatre to Mrs Jacqueline CONESA.

The winning bitch handled by her breeder-owner is a daughter of Scarista Top Hat (winner at Cruft's) and Verascott Rich and Famous (twice best Scot of the Year in France).

The open class was for us the best class. Just 8 bitches, but each one could have won. Each one born in France too, that's a good sign of the quality of our Scots in our country !

1st CAC RCACIB : Ch. Tyrannic Un Peu Trop to Mr Pascal MATHIAN.
2nd RCAC : Sinequanone Uguette to Miss Anne LOMBARD.
3rd EXC : Penjetta Unlimited Edition at Champernoune to Mrs Katarina ROUND.
4th EXC : Vega du Mont Sansouci to Mr Jacques CHAMBAT.

Pascal's hombred bitch was then defeated by her kennelmate U'Aicha du Moulin de Mac Gregor for the CACIB. That so great bitch won then the BOB.

Big congratulations to Pascal MATHIAN for his great quality bitches, his wonderful grooming and his talent for breeding. The father of these two girls is the same dog Ch. Tyrannic Mad About Girls. What a stud !

Then in young bitches my Ania won the Young French Champion title ahead of Bonnie of Black Adventure Story to MrMr Henri BASTIEN and Jean-Claude GUILLIN.

My girl was then defeated by the dog, even if this one didn't want to walk ... We know now that with Mr Le Magnan you will be able to win even if your dog stays sitting on the show ring floor. What a pity when you know that with her owner that dog walks very very well !

The best young ahead of Ania. Two very cute wheatens !

This day was finally a very good day, with very beautiful dogs. Many thanks to Mr Rui OLIVEIRA for his great choices.

What a beautiful youngster ... Her dads are very proud of her !
